" dry brushed whites "

I love dry brush painting the pieces

that I use in our home.

It is such a delight to paint on old bare wood...

I salvaged a few old doors

from an old building...

they blend well with our coastal decor...

I was so excited to pick up

new pillows from my friend Rose at

Her designs always look lovely

in our home...

{swoon}

touches of spring...

I will be linking this post to Kathleen's

Have a wonderful week

my lovelies...

XOXO

    How are you today? I hope you are doing well! :) I so enjoyed this post, and all of your beautiful white photos! That door you showed is AMAZING! I love your technique for painting it, too. I need to email you and ask you the specifics for dry brush painting, I have never tried that before but it looks lovely! :)

  11. I always enjoy your Coastal Decor, it makes me feel like I'm on a Vacation Seaside! *winks* I could use a Vacation Seaside right about now in fact! *LOL* The Man and I have been experimenting with painting great old pieces that have good bones so I always enjoy a Post about Techniques and the process to get certain looks.

    Thanks for stopping by my Good-Bye Post... yes, I will certainly miss my Sister and her Family, we are like Twins from different Mothers.
