Every " Rose " has its thorn

When I grabbed her largest piece in her space at the flea this morning ROSE

was ever so gracious. I love her eye when it comes to display we have different

styles yet admire the other ones work...

I knew this settee had my name all over it...

hubs could tell by the look in my eye

that I just cleared his calendar for the afternoon

after three hours and hubs being the gem

that he is when we are working on a project

  here is the finished piece

I am linking up to the uber cool Cindy

for her Make it for Monday party

I have no patience whatsoever

he is telling me to let the stain dry

and I'm saying" no I am going to start painting "

as he is laughing I'm already getting the sander ready

imagine a wedding planner with no patience!

even mama loved it...

she is my biggest fan

Rose had some great eye candy today

this cabinet was already sold

early morning...

much love to all of you

Love, Love, Love the new color! I'm glad I'm not the only one who can't wait for the paint to dry. Thanks for visiting today. Always so much fun to catch up.

Your settee is absolutely GORGEOUS!! I love, love, love, it! I would love to know what paint color you used on it. I think the color would be perfect for a table I need to paint.

Goodness gracious...that is a beauty. Isn't there a rose by the name "American Beauty"? That's the perfect description for your settee!
I've wrote that scripture on a postit and stuck it to my computer. It's a lovely reminder of how much joy I find here at your place.

Very pretty...the way you displayed it is so nice too. I'm the same way with painting. I painted a shelf last night and had to get out the hair dryer to hurry the process along. I'm always eager to enjoy the finally product. Best wishes :)
