Gracie's Post " Mama's Reclaimed Style "

Fall is here and mom and I are busy scouring the Goodwills and

yard sales for some reclaimed home decor on a budget...

Mom cannot pass up old bottles so she filled

this old box that she painted gray

and added a vintage knob...

centerpiece perfection filled with wild flowers

or left as is...

All her event planning years have her

hard wired to create

cost effective centerpieces...

Here an old wood box she filled with rusted curtain brackets

and a piece of scrap burlap

great for the fall...

you could add leaves or flowers or even

veggies for a pop of color...

One of our favorites is a vintage cash register

drawer than she got for a few dollars and filled

it with our family photos...

{family is love}

Old stoppers, vintage books

and of course a piece of coral

I don't think we have a room without

coral in it somewhere...

She loves twigs they are

the staple in her decor closet...

Mom uses a lot of reclaimed wood

that she finds for free...

Mom married these old shutters

with a wood bookcase earlier

Old door headboards

We have spent many years cuddling

in the loft...

Nothing makes it more beautiful than

pillows from Mom's friend Rose

A woman can never have enough shoes

I mean Shutters...

Mom picks up old jewel boxes at the Goodwill

for a few dollars and fills them with

her small scrap pieces of coral...

And for the finale my outfit...

Now I shop with mom weekly for my outfits

at the Goodwill "Whew" I have a lot to learn...

Skirt Gap  3.99

Sweater Banana Republic  2.99

Old Navy leggings   1.99

Old Navy Top  1.99

and Mom scored me these Arizona boots there for 4.99

fit for a Princess...

Much love from me

Gracie Girl

Peace Out

XOXO
