" Collected "

Collections speak of who we are

what we love and truly

what draws us in...

The framed human skeletons

from a very old library book

were among the quirky

I added to my collected...

The sea shells and small corals

are placed in glass cylinders

among my loved

books & various baskets...

I never tire of mixing

coral and natural elements

all in the same vignette...

For a simple change

I will bring in one of my old wood

ladders and add tree branches

and gourds that I have painted white...

Great way to mix fall items

into your summer decor...

A touch of sea grass

always suites my taste...

I will be linking this week to

the lovely Kathleen's White Wednesday # 152

the beautiful Joy and Thriftin-on-Thursday # 20

the amazing Debra and  Vintage Inspiration # 88

Thank you to each of you who

left such wonderful comments

on my Look for Less post...

Wishing each of you a

very blessed week!

XOXO

Amongst all my clutter, your pictures calm my mind.

Amongst all the ugliness this world throws at me, your words calm my spirit.

Thank you Kate, for your friendship, and for sharing God's love when I need it the most.

I love you dear friend,
Irma

Hi Kate ~ Your vignettes with the shells and tree branches look awesome. I bought one of my first seashells at a garage sale after seeing yours on your post. You inspired me. I have two now and both are in my bathroom right now.

God Bless You

Love your collection of whites and the coral is so beautiful. I bought my first piece of white coral recently and really love it. Have a great weekend.

Kate, what you do is always so beautiful. I come here again and again to be inspired. I absolutely *love* that coral piece! Do you often get pieces like that? I know we talked last summer about coral and that is the kind I would like to get next. I am heading to SD this summer; maybe I can "swing by" Country Roads!
