White Wednesday " Inspiration"

I was blue since Sunday suffering from one of my terrible migraines, I missed out on the Irvine flea with Tara :( so I was looking for inspiration which I always find at Sassafras Stuff I love Polly she is full of charm...

I looked in the mirror and this inspired me to create

this new look for my "white" bookcase from Country Roads

housing all of my goodwill glass

bottles and other treasures

just a simple mix

then off to my shed for some dried floral...

ok now don't faint the "urn filler" is all from my goodwill

don't you gals want to visit me in So Cal

last but not least stop by the "dollar store" for these precious

white journals with the bird sketches...

bird chair I saw at wine country "Anthro"  store  you would faint

if I told you the price

that is why it stayed at the store

Please stop by and visit Kathleen's White Wednesday you

will simply be in awe of the talent & beauty

much much love

simply me, xoxoxo Kate

Your shelf turned out wonderful. Beautiful displays and that chair is great. I'm sure it will be worth the price. Think of it this way, you save so much on everything else at Goodwill that you can afford to splurge once in a while. This usually works for me(haha)

Enjoy your Wednesday.

Also, Kate, so sorry to hear you haven't been feeling great. I get migraines too, and it just stinks. I hate losing a day of my life due to a headache. I hope you are feeling better soon!

Kate your WW posts are always so full of inspiration. I get so many wonderful idaes here. I love that urn filled with all that goodwill beauty. It's hard to believe the kind of things you find there in SC. Your uses for shower curtains are genius! I love your bookcase, full of wonderful 'stuff'.

Ok our goodwill has nothing that nice. Mostly overpriced ugly stuff. I guess I need to change addresses!

Kate amor, as always your whites are just beautiful and I so agree we have the best thrift stores out here, so much so that I rarely go to flea markets anymore...even the swapmeets have the "old used stuff side" as one vendor called it, all I know is I love it there, just like a flea market with just a tiny fraction of the cost :) now amor...what Dollar Store are you shoppin at?? I want those bird journals :) Besos, Rose

ps...I love your white bookcase and all your thrift treasures! :)
